What does Free actually get me?
A real shot at one block — 5 files in your library, 100 slides of AI explanation, and 1 AI Anki deck + 1 Summary per month. Annotation, native
.apkg export, and Snap to Anki are all on Free. No card needed.Will pricing change?
Maybe — we're new and learning what real cohorts use. Anyone who joins on a given plan keeps that plan and price. We'll email well before any change to new pricing.
Why is Chat a Max feature?
Chat is the most token-heavy thing Slaim does, especially with image attach. Capping it on Free / Pro keeps the math sustainable; Max users who actually live in chat fund the agent. We thought a lot about this and it's the only feature gated for cost reasons, not artificial scarcity.
Is there a student discount?
Slaim's whole premise is med students. The list price is the student price. UWorld is $80, Sketchy $35, B&B $40 — Pro at $19 / Max at $39 is built to fit on top of those, not under them.
What about residents and physicians?
Same prices when you graduate. The user we acquire as MS1 is the resident in five years and the attending in ten — Slaim follows you. Residency-specific features (case prep, on-call review) are on the roadmap.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, monthly. No annual lock-in by default. Annual is the discounted option, not the only option. You also own everything you create — your decks, annotations, and
.slaim presets export with you.My med school wants to bulk-buy. Group pricing?
